MADE IT! Had almost given up after missing out on day 3. But am here n feeling GRRRREAT that i was able to overcome my block and actually prove to myself that I CAN DO THIS! Yessss! I did the day 3 workout with my husband. (sorry no picture yet). yay.. my cats loved watching us do the workout like a frog! you are fantastic Amina! I loved it! You made me love to workout!

Subhanallah frog jump was very challenging and I can see what parts of the body it is targetting. Alhumdulillah. so glad I am on track to the 5 day challenge. I loved this one sooo much i did it twice yesterday. Once in the morning and once in the evening! Wow i loved that feeling when you cant do any more and your legs are like on fire but you still carry on!! Yess bring it on lol Thank you so much dear sis once again im really enjoying this challenge and managing to keep up because they are short and sweet! Such a great idea honestly allaahumma baarik. May Allaah reward u in abundance for helping women like us.

Salam sis Amena, The workouts are general and you can take them at your own pace. But before committing to any program, you should always check in with your doctor if you can.
