Brent isn't known for being a clean borough and so this sad news doesn't come as a surprise having been unfortunate enough to live in this lousy,horrible, overcrowded, much neglected dirty borough run by a bunch of self serving, woefully inept people that call themselves a council .

Yeah the council need to be called out. I had a mould problem in my council house about 5 years ago and I tried to get them to fix it and it took over a year to ge them to fix it as I had to repeatedly call them till someone took the situation serious enough to get some builders to repair the mould problem. The fix was only a week long. Also to call them, they took 20+ minutes to answer with poor quality service most times.

@@PeteS_1994 most of the top positions in Brent are held by people who have never stepped foot in Ealing RD or Harlesden. They live in Hertfordshire or Buckinghamshire.

Dawn Butler was born here, Halina was from E.Europe so can work here through EU rules, and the young, black man worked for the NHS who aren't legally allowed to employ illegal immigrants and the others were speaking up about their employers which would be a very unlikely thing to do as an illegal given that you could be turned into the authorities by your employer
