As someone with long covid since march 2020 this made me laugh out loud ! The naming of supps, the blatant frustration , the fasting dialogue , the weed cookie nibbles into paranoia , the rocking and trapped body language……… Thank you for all this !

Thanks for sharing, in absolutely the same boat. Recovered from long covid and was back to feeling normal and being very active. Some friends stayed over this past February, turned out one of them had a 40 degree fever - a week later I was out of action again (THANKS!). Now trying to be disciplined, eat healthier, fast, get in the sun, stimulate the vagus nerve through breathing, cold water exposure, balance rest and work etc. The hardest part is staying positive and pacing myself and not get super fucking bored and believe I will get better 🙃

Every aspect of this is me right now. I’m 37yr old male. Got Covid Aug 2021 and had a terrible roller coaster for 2 years and about 6months ago started trying to address the nervous system and polyvagul theory, shrooms, cold showers, laying on a shakti mat, breathing, meditation, humming, dry brushing etc. My recent illness that sent me back down the mountain was the EXACT same as you described and even the headaches and neck tension I have now, bouts of depression I’ve rarely had to deal with but I’m still functioning and not bed bound except for some days I just don’t want to do anything. Man… this really resonated with me. Please keep us updated the solidarity is powerful!

I also had long covid, was extreme bed ridden 24 hrs a day for a year, have had a miraculous cure and am better than ever. The key for me was my mind

How long have you been recovered? Are you fully recovered?

@@lando2755 I feel better than ever and walk 15,000 steps per day. Recovery was gradual but I would say since last December I've been doing excellent.

Hello, at the moment I am suffering more from what I believe to be viral persistence. Meaning my immune system is still not its best after long covid. So to aid my body in helping to flush the virus out I am taking: takesumi supreme, iodine drops, vitamin c and quercetin, zinc, vitamin d and b12. I am also doing intermittent fasting, lymphatic drainage massage and a steam room everyday. Hope this helps. 👍
