I own a black SVTF myself. On the maintenance side, I didn't hear you say anything about changing the timing belt, if you're not sure of the miles on those belts is very important to change them, the cylinder head is what makes these cars special. Another problem I've had is these things go through alternators, or at least mine does. But I've got a heavy foot and like to rev it to the top. The alternator is the same as the regular and I don't think it can take the extra 1000 or so rpm, so my friend and I put a pulley kit on it (over size alt pulley) and I haven't had any problems since.

I had a whole section of the video that didn’t save correctly on the memory card and was to lazy to reshoot it.. But the head is rebuilt, Timing belt is new, tensioner is new, axles is new, clutch is new, crank seals are new, imrc is new, and the list goes on.

@@red_rabbit_specv Heck yeah, the list always goes on lol, next thing I'm looking at is a fix for the 02 sensor placement. Thinking about having an exhaust shop weld 02 bungs in a different area. Any little bump I hit causes 02 sensors to break it seems.

It's a bit odd how well these handle. I haven't messed with the undercarriage yet but I suspect they snuck a thick rear swaybar into production.
