this or just building a stock block and a blower. i heard those coyotes lightly used are 6 to 7k just for the motor. it does not seem quite worth it. maybe a F150 5.0

Hey Alan I built a coyote swap on my 93 coupe & I'm having a problem with my brakes calipers locking up. I got a KRC power steering kit from LMR that I had to bleed it 3 different times but still having brakes locking on me. Have you had that happen before??

Hello, great videos my friend. I'm swapping my 89fox, question? How hard is it to swap the fox? I'm a pushrod guy, I have never swapped a modular engine into an older car. I'm running a 2003 cobra fuel system, and a maximum motorsport k member. With a gen2 coyote, I'm in the process of installing the fuel tank and hooking up my ground. Any pointers would help my friend thank you great vids.

Is this one using contour fans or original coyote mustang fans? I wasn't going to use the degas bottle, but my engine sits a little higher than I want and I need one now. I like the way you mount yours.

Yes, this one is using the dual contour fans. In the past, I have tried to use the s197 & s550 coyote ones. Wasn’t really a fan of them (pun intended😂) if you are using a foxbody radiator, the fans will hang down a few inches past the radiator. If you are using the Coyote fans AND radiator, then yes they will obviously mate up perfectly. BUT, the radiator will hang down a few inches past the radiator support on the fox body. (or cut some space out the rad support) IMO Unless you want to use every single thing you get from your coyote donor car, then it’s not worth it. If you are having to purchase a new radiator and fan anyway then you might as well use Fox radiator with Thunderbird fan. Clean Easy Simple.
