I'm really enjoying this 24 day challenge second time round! It feels good to come back to these classes and connect with the body on a deeper level. I started my Pilates journey in Jan 2023 and I have fallen in love with it, my body feels stronger, my posture so much better and very calming & grounding for my mind too. Love your varied classes Lottie! x

This was probably my favorite day so far. I do a lot of yoga & adore restoratove & yin practices... which is exactly what this reminded me of. I definitely needed the easier day!!

This one was great and you were superb. The only thing, there was a lot of “maybe”s in this video. I don’t think there’s an alternative. So, it’s a “definitely”. Other then that, this was much easier and well timed. Thank you!
