Oh my but Daniel is a dunker and that’s the kind of tea break companion I love to have at my table! My husband hates tea but he humors me as he drinks cocoa. I’m sorry your family was down sick but the moving stress is tough. I’m looking forward to all your planned visits including the Q&A. Your littles are growing so quickly and your 2 at home older girls are so close to spreading their wings I don’t know if I could handle that many heartbreaks. I have 2 and when they left I was heartbroken for weeks. Life is so different when our babies grow up and build lives of their own. God always heals my heart but I miss my kids not being home with Hunny and me. Could those little blue and white dishes be butter pats? I’ve never found any but they remind me of what I see in magazines. I’ve never found salt sellers either. You seem to really score some nice treasures each time you share with us. Hoping you are getting settled nicely in your new area and will one day find the home for this new phase of life. Until next visit…!!!:):):)

Fall and winter, seasons of coziness, warmth and peace that just touch me to the soul. I love the wood candleholder that you got, your crock with the fall flowers is beautiful too. I live yard sales and thrifting too and like you, am getting the “itch” to decorate for Christmas. I don’t light it up until after thanksgiving but since it takes awhile to do inside and out, I just love to be able to relax and enjoy every moment of it. We don’t use any lamps or overhead lights during the holidays, just oil lamps, lanterns, candles and the soft glow of Christmas lights. You found some great treasures! I’m just getting over the same that you had and almost three weeks and just now starting to feel better but oh that cough …

Love your hair! I’m growing mine a bit to get it to a chin length bob. So sorry to hear illness descended upon you, glad you are on the mend. I had to giggle because I was settling in with a cup of Trader Joe’s chai (I use the tea bags and add milk and sugar free vanilla syrup I make) our traders isn’t as well stocked as yours but I have heard that pumpkin Kringle is amazing. I can’t eat it but I can live vicariously when people talk how yummy it is. I put my tree up Oct 27th.., and it’s with my fall stuff. I wanted the cozy lights. Thanks for the lovely video.❤

The blue and White to bowls at the perfect size 4 small black stones and paper, white bulbs sitting on top you cover the stones with water, place them in a dark spot and let them grow roots and then you’ll get paper white flowers for Christmas

I’ve heard so much about Trader Joe’s but never been to one. I’m a get the Christmas up! We travel to our kids for TG so I usually breakdown our TG decor before going. Oh ya I’m so ready for the coffee coffee coffee even teas! I’m so excited to see what you have coming for us for the holidays. I love going along for all your travels, stores or thrift shopping. I adored your up north home even more during the holidays so I’m excited to see what your doing for your new one. Oh my goodness I have a French press for 4/5 years and I am so reluctant to use it! Im gonna dig that out still in the box so when you do that video I can do it with you! Oooo I loved your finds that cake holder was spectacular I adore the blues. what and awesome find. I need a gravy boat mine broke. I’ve always hated it when the gravy gets cool so I found a mug warmer n sat the gravy boat on that worked pretty good! Funny thing but at our family reunion we have and auction each year to raise money for the following year, this time we bid on 2 very big mugs. I served soup in it one night n now he always wants it in mugs! Great video as always so happy you were able to put out a video. So sorry your visit to ID included illness. In my world Nov1 begins THE SEASON OF GRATITUDE which builds to the Thanksgiving Day. I'm concerned we are going to lose the beautiful holiday of "counting our blessings" to shopping, sports, and xmas. I believe the small spoons that you found Thrifting are referred to as a 5 o’clock spoon. They are designed specifically for tea being smaller and fitting properly in a teacup. It's a Rizzoli L90 and you can buy them state-side at Obadiah's Woodstoves out of Montana. When we settle someday in a more permanent place I will have this stove again... I love it!

It seems to me you're fretting about content. Don't. We understand your life has changed and we're here to enjoy that along with you. The content you're sharing about this big change and all the steps involved helps many. Sure, we love your homemaking skillset and look forward to it, but many of us are going through big changes ourselves and realize that "breadmaking" (figurative) just cant be on our list at the moment. We just completed a year long process of movong to another state to be near our kids. The house sale prep, getting rid of items, sorting through decades of belongings, packong the truck, settlement , buying a new ( much smaller yay) house, getting yhings sorted, set, placed and buying new needed items has been overwhelming but so rewarding and an adventure. If you told me five years ago wed be doing this, id have sworn it would never happen. There is nothing that i like more than a day in an apron, making bread, in a settled and completely "done" home ... but i havent had that in a while. Like you, im getting there but i sure am, and have been, enriched by our process. We like the content you share whatever it happens to be. Ty.

Most of the family is in Idaho, but my son just got married and lives in Kansas so we moved closer to him. We have two older daughters at home (working and school) my parents are two of our children live in Idaho. Idaho is just really expensive to live now, Kansas has better home prices.
