CPAP and BiPAP are two common treatments for sleep apnea. Both therapies involve pressurized air delivered into the breathing passages during sleep, but with one key difference: CPAP means the air is set to a fixed pressure level; BiPAP switches between different pressure levels during inhalation and exhalation.
