If you have ANR headset its about the quietest single engine piston out there. Put a little XM radio on as well and you pretty much can't hear the engine.

Any performance issues with SR22T taking off at Leadville?

Not too much. Summer may have a little degraded climb performance but there’s plenty of room north and south to climb to a desired altitude.

Colin, Is the G6 a good plane for short/or other challenging runways? Leadville is high but fairly straightforward. Cheers, Rik Spector

Yes, the G6 can handle some pretty short and tight strips.
