If you have the whole stalk you cut it in half and brush it with oil and then put the flat side down on the grill until it wilts and chars up a little and then season or dressing and eat...or in this case peel some of leaves off and make a lettuce wrap with the crack chicken... . Froze the remainder and going to use it to make chiles relleños this week - can’t wait! This evening I’m going to try the cabbage & Kielbasa recipe...that looks delicious. Thanks so much for your videos, they gave me the courage to use my Foodi and try/enjoy cooking...the very first recipe I tried a while back was the Parmesan Ranch chicken breasts; couldn’t believe I could make something myself that I liked better than Longhorn 🙂 Since then tried one of the Brussels Sprouts and chicken wings recipes and they turned out excellent as well.

@@SCB007 theketoqueens.com/keto-crack-chicken-recipe/?cn-reloaded=1 We didn't like the crack chicken that uses ranch. We also tend to replace half the cream cheese with homemade yogurt. I strain it to be cream cheese consistency, so most of the carbs are gone.

I would add if it’s sticking together because it’s disintegrating, you’re over cooking it. Follow his video. Three minutes under pressure is all it takes. If it’s sticking together because it’s still wet, this isn’t a problem. When the pressure cooker shuts off, it defaults to warm. Take the lid of and just stir it a little and let the extra water steam off. It’s not hot enough to continue cooking the rice, but the excess water will steam off in a couple minutes until it gets just like you want it. Best luck.
