I make Crack Chicken all the time... served on a bed of baby spinach, or over easy eggs or make crack tacos, or crack chicken quesadillas ....crack chicken can be served in so many ways. And it freezes well.....too. Thanks for sharing.

If you have the whole stalk you cut it in half and brush it with oil and then put the flat side down on the grill until it wilts and chars up a little and then season or dressing and eat...or in this case peel some of leaves off and make a lettuce wrap with the crack chicken... . John Sanders It turned out great using the dressing! We ate on it all weekend (the dog & cats love it too, lol). Froze the remainder and going to use it to make chiles relleños this week - can’t wait! This evening I’m going to try the cabbage & Kielbasa recipe...that looks delicious. Thanks so much for your videos, they gave me the courage to use my Foodi and try/enjoy cooking...the very first recipe I tried a while back was the Parmesan Ranch chicken breasts; couldn’t believe I could make something myself that I liked better than Longhorn 🙂 Since then tried one of the Brussels Sprouts and chicken wings recipes and they turned out excellent as well.

It is a good recipe...the ceramic coating on this product is amazing and you can literally wipe the put out with a few paper towels in most cases...otherwise I use a sponge with mild soap and water...thanks for watching Barbie!

Must say I hated trying to cook bacon in the pot. Takes too dang long, transferred it to a pan and cooked the other half in the oven while the chicken cooked. Thanks for the recipe idea

I never thought of cooking this a day early! I'll have to remember that. We love the keto version of crack chicken. Although we all love ranch we just didn't like this version, but there isn't much different.

I got your reply notification just now instantly..we'll see about the new videos...clicking on the bell is the important thing & it does seem to be working properly now...another KZbin channel for the Vitamix blenders noticed his subscribers not increasing & fewer "likes"-I wrote him prior to hearing about those things that I was not getting notifications for his channel & he alerted subscribers & we all turned our bell off and then started over by turning it on & has been working very well for months. Just a tip if ever there is concern...? Thanks for the reminder of clicking on the bell ...

Another great way to shred chicken is if you have a kitchenaid mixer using the paddle attachment. Takes almost no time at all.

The KitchenAid stand mixer is excellent as you said and VERY quick. I think it might work for adding in the other ingredients like cream cheese and Ranch while you're doing the shredding. The mixer also does a good job on Boston butt for pulled pork!

I would add if it’s sticking together because it’s disintegrating, you’re over cooking it. Follow his video. Three minutes under pressure is all it takes. If it’s sticking together because it’s still wet, this isn’t a problem. When the pressure cooker shuts off, it defaults to warm. Take the lid of and just stir it a little and let the extra water steam off. It’s not hot enough to continue cooking the rice, but the excess water will steam off in a couple minutes until it gets just like you want it. Best luck.
