Oh Ms. Donna I absolutely love meat loaf. And I have used so many of your recipes and tips. I use to work in the kitchen of restaurant as a break from my professional job. I know that sounds crazy but, as I use to tell people. It the stress less place I've ever worked because I'm not upset if I burn a potato. As I am if I lose a patient. And I grow up helping my uncle with his little tourist spot. Ms. Donna I so enjoy your joyful spirit and your husband's joyful spirit. Yes ma'ma I do use some of your recipes. But I mostly watch because of you two and the beautiful life you shared with us. Sorry if that bothers any other followers, but I love people and you two bring so much joy in life. Thank you both. And I absolutely love it when you remind people to wash their hands and wrap off the top of their can. That's always been a pet-p for me to. Keep it clean when you cook because I see so many people come up with stomach issues for not being not as clean with cooking. It only takes one time....lol...Ms. Donna I'm the one that suggested that your husband tattoo your name on his finger for a wedding band. And one more time cooking is an art, and you bring some of the best looking and tasteful art from your home

Heeyyyy Mrs. Donna. I love how you spice up the recipes with your extra touches...extra onions (red), extra bell peppers, Dijon mustard instead of regular mustard Yummy 😋 😋 😛💞❤ OH yeah and thanks for the cooking class in regards to unthawing safety tips: If you don't have time to unthaw your meat overnight in the refrigerator, Do Not Unthaw your Meats in Hot Water...Always Use Cold Water. And 'Make sure you thoroughly wash off your canned goods they're nasty, they're extremely nasty, make sure you use your dish cloth, don't use your wash cloth out the bathroom because that's nasty too. Thoroughly clean off the top of your can' before opening. You're the best 👌🏽 👍 😍

Comfort food at it's best! I call those dishes food hugs. So yummy! I made those potatoes for Christmas Day dinner with prime rib but went EXTRA on the copycat recipe. I sautéed the onions then let them cool before stirring them into the potatoes and added some garlic powder and my favorite Zatarains creole seasoning for flavor. At the very end, I added crushed Ritz crackers soaked in butter to top the cheese for the last 15 mins or so. There were no leftovers! I laughed so hard with your washcloth slip-up. I imagined folks wearing their shower caps and house jackets scrubbing their nasty cans with washcloths! 😂😂😂😂😂 Love y'all. Have a beautiful week!

Hello Donna, I have substituted French's Crispy fried onions for using in the hash brown casserole mix or mixing them with the cheese on top of the casserole. Either way is good. Also did as another viewer by adding garlic powder to the casserole mix. You and hubby are so funny together. I think that the genuine love you have for each other certainly comes across on the screen.

I don't know why, I find it so relaxing to watch other people cook, especially if they are cooking what I call "home cookin", like my mom and grandma used to make. Funeral potatoes have been in my family for years, named so because it would feed a lot of people after an event, and carry ins, like after a funeral. My family is mennonite and we had them all the time, and I still make them all the time.

I cooked the meatloaf in a 12” cast iron skillet for an hour before I put the hash browns in the oven. Excellent and yeah it’s better than kracker barrel. You did good. I love it when everyone is hanging around waiting for the food to be done. I dish em up and they’re all happy. Me too
