Craftsman Leaf Blower No Start

Grabbed my moms leaf blower to see if i could get it working again. this is the process that i took to get it running.

I have the same blower but a Little bit different carb. I'm having the exact same issues as this one, I also use the premixed True-fuel. Did you mix it 40:1 or 50:1. The weird thing is it will start with a drill and a press or 2 of the primer while using the drill. If you have any suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it

I never figured it out. It eventually just started. I used it a couple days ago and it did the same thing. Wouldn't start, left it alone, came back, it started. So I'm not to sure.

Every 2 years I get a Craftsman leave blower same s*** a little bit different and has the same problem it only lasts 2 years that's it that sounds just like that so what I do is I buy another one from Lowe's I clean up the other one and bring it back and get my money back and I've been doing that for 6 years before Lowe's sell them I was doing the same thing in Sears Craftsman stores for 10 years same s*** every 2 years it would run like s*** no matter what I try don't matter what so I've been doing that I did it today I just got another new one the last one available you can't get them no more went to Lowe's they had it there the 27cc v25 last one I'm going to bring back the other one and that's it I wanted to get the the echo $169 from Home Depot and then buy that and then put the Craftsman in the box and bring that back but I'll be a little bit challenge I don't even know it did work a couple of times before I tried putting different things in boxes and brought this s*** back to them they sold depends on who's working there clean it up nice take the name off because all this stuff is junk anyway so I see it even the echo from what I hear runs like s*** your may run a little longer but it bogs out the other day I got the whole light from Home Depot and I had an old home late so I was throwing the garbage so I got a brand new home light maybe I'll clean up the home the new home light give him that for the echo I don't know but as for the Craftsman goes I got two good running craftsmans right at this moment one that I've been saving for three and a half years only used it once three and a half years ago I started today and it rang great so these things do not like to get you that's the problem you cannot use them the Craftsman 2700 for the owner about the new ones that junk the new stuff they got out right now is totally God that red thing I wouldn't even want it so cheesy looking but the other Craftsman's prior to that and the Lowe's ones do not like to be used no luckily make it they just get worse with you that's the problem I have plenty of them about 30 of them that's it

Yeah I use regular ethanol gas 10% off so I'm going to try and use for next 2 years ethanol free gas two years a long time but you do notice problems in the two years and the way it runs otherwise that Craftsman is a killer it works great the one I've been saving for three years I started up today last time I started was 2017 when I Got a Brand New I may use it a couple two times so those things do not like to run you cannot use them with age they disintegrate who knows it's us to make noise you hear the piston rings clanking around maybe just wears out the carburetor completely completely f***** up the way I see it I never put no work into it I tried spraying it with seafoam nothing I got it right here I was going to clean it up put it in the box and bring it back get my $180 back you know I got another brand new one group for two years the other one is good for two years then I got the Homelite I don't know what that's good for I might just buy the Echo and bring that back and then get my $190 back this way I'll have the home light I mean the echo 2520 and two crashed maybe I'll probably be dead before they hope either way I don't know you get the picture

The reason it either won't start or will not start easily is the carb. They use the cheapest crappest carbs possible.

Yeah if you don't use it enough it starts acting up. That's why I bought my own.

@@valdezventures5501 I have a massive oak tree in the back yard and it destroys my life in the fall. I definitely use this blower but it's been way too intermittent. I think I may need to get a more reliable one....if anyone on here has suggestions lemme know! Battery powered isn't powerful enough sadly, i'm having to blow countless leaves.

@Andrew Thompson I switched to a rake and a yard sweeper sadly. I have to many pine trees in my yard and I hate them but fastest and easiest I leaf blower for roof and side walks, rake for getting around obstacles, then the yard sweeper.
