Given what we know of Satoshi it would seem this guy really isn't satoshi. He didn't actually address the question of he faked the information. He just focused on what he will do with his coins. He's ideology does not match that of satoshi at all. He is not known in the crypto space at all prior to now, he doesn't seem to have ever written anything like bitcoin before nor had he been a member (under any recognizable name) in the cypher punk stage. My money is still on Nick Szabo and Hal Finnley. Nick Szabo is a noted contributor to the cryptographic space, having invested smart contracts and bit gold which is almost identical to bitcoin and the coding style is the same. Hal Finnley wrote ReUsable Proof of Work (RPOW) the foundation that bitcoin runs on. Between the two of they they are satoshi.

Actually he was known. There is an interview with him from 2014, so far before anyobody made any suggestion about him being Satoshi. In that video you get a better impression from him and maybe small hints that he might be at least part of a team that was "satoshi". If you read Satoshis old forum posts, he would also sometimes seem quite arrogant. I am not saying this guy is definitely him, but I wouldn't completely dismiss it either.
