Hello! This was very helpful! I am not sure I am missing something, but did you make a video related to spine issues? I especially have trouble identifying where the injury occurred when they describe the physical exam portion in the question, and we have to say "L5, S1". Etc.

I don’t think you were wrong about your explanation for shoulder capsulitis. The glucose molecules can attach to the collagen and make it “sticky.”

Isn't avascular necrosis more likely to occur in the scaphoid?

Both the Lunate and Scaphoid carry the risk of avascular necrosis. As far as which carpal bone it is more common in, I couldnt say with a matter of certainly although I did find this study from 2017 citing the Lunate as the most common: "Avascular necrosis (AVN) of the bones of the wrist most commonly involves the lunate followed by the proximal pole of the scaphoid and the capitate." Volume 2017 | Article ID 6936013 | doi.org/10.1155/2017/6936013.
