Crane Fly Larva, Holsinger's Fly Shop, Episode 512

This week I bring you a revised version of an old pattern. I stumbled across this pattern recently and really like the looks of it.We have a lot of crane flies in my area and they are a staple of the trout. Now's the time to stock the box with some because they will be hatching before you know it. This is a simple pattern with few materials. You should give it a try.
