Crash Landed actually sounds pretty good, it kind of reminds me of Croc in a way, instead of rescuing Gobbos, you're rescuing Bandicoots. The additional features, night & day and weather system sounds like it could've had an interesting impact on the gameplay. As much as I don't like deviating from the classic Crash formula, this actually sounds really intriguing. A shame it was cancelled, but as you mentioned it's quite possible that if it did well, we may never have seen the N-Sane Trilogy, and, consequently, the Reignited Trilogy.

Activision saw how important Crash was to fans, so to release a game for the franchise in a poor state would of be a disaster for them. Actually, this game was canceled at the same year Black Ops 1 was released. Aside from an unknown glitch on PC that randomly crashes the campaign in a specific mission, the game was nowhere near glitchy compared to later games and had better balance compared to World at War.

I heard about Crash Landed a couple of years ago. Very interesting story about the effort they put in to reignite the franchise. Would be neat if Nitro Fueled made a "what if" future grand prix that paid homage to Crash Landed/CTR 2010. The McWumpa Burger concept was similar to "The Boselli Burger" that was sold exclusively in the Jacksonville, Florida area as an NFL promotion in the late 90s. Boselli was a player for the Jacksonville Jaguars at the time.

Honestly I would love it if Activison just would go ahead and make “Crash Landed”. It looks like a very interesting game and with all the advances in tech since then, it could be a really awesome and fun one. I especially like the very polygonal cartooney design almost akin to Breath of the Wild. I would love to see Crash Landed made into a fully functional Crash game in the future.

THAT'S what it was called! I solely remembered this, as this is the main reason why Twinsanity is so broken and unfinished in the first place. But it seems they HAD to release twinsanity given even cortex states that "wrath of cortex didnt do as well they hoped"... and there would have been 2 dimensions to explore but they ran out of time. Which reflects the publishers and developers sign of desperation... Its also good to note that Crash Twinsanity has a concept art that some of it completely doesnt fit the game doesnt it?! Yeah.. i believe thats all from the "crash bandicoot revolution" leftovers.

the way I see it is before crash came back in full remakes and the new game and the mobile game as well, I found out why the small time game developers wanted to bring crash back from the ground up before activision cancelled those because they wanted to take a look at the old naughty dog IP, the small time game developers weren't really well known so years later when sony and activision announced that crash is coming back they got King, Vicarious Visions, Beenox and Toys for Bob to develope the games in full remakes along with crash 4, the spyro trilogy, nitro fueled and the mobile game crash on the run

It looks the game would be interesting, but, from the informations in this video, it looks like they would make the same error from Titans (in my opinion) and take off many of the icons of Crash with it, there is no Aku-Aku or Uka-Uka, no crates, no gems, there isn't Coco. I mean, apart from 3 characters, wumpas, the Wumpa Islands and the bandicoots, what's more of Crash in it? It think it would be better to just make a new IP then. Some elements of it would be welcome in a new Crash game though.

Canadian Guy Eh : Crash Bandicoot Evolution, the game that Twinsanity was going to be, would be absolutely perfect to cover after completing Twinsanity. There are SO many really interesting scrapped concepts, content, and artwork that didn't make it into the game because the devs ran out of time, including levels (Gone A Bit Coco, Lava Caves, Ocean Commotion, Rehab Lab, Security Insanity, Twin Tech Refinery, a Nina level where she climbs on the giant tree of the 2nd Island from Crash 1 as she is shot at by N.Gin's battleship), playable characters (Coco), storyboards, abilities (grappling hookshot), characters (Foofie, Capu Capu, Evil Coco), enemies (Gaudi ogres, Ant army), bosses (Goat King), npcs (Sherpa Tribesmen, turtle miners), concepts (Vice-Versa Reversa Device), and you were even going to travel to different planets (Gaudi, The Hanging City). Twinsanity itself even has a huge bucket of concept art and models that didn't make it into the game that can be viewed by collecting the hidden gems throughout the game (but could also be viewed via KZbin, Crash Wiki, and Crash Mania). There is A LOT that can be digged out. I'd say Twinsanity is less than 10% of what Crash Bandicoot Evolution was going to be. Seeing a lot of the scattered information all together in one video for those who are unfamiliar with it would be absolutely amazing.

I love the direction Radical Entertainment was headed with the Crash Bandicoot series, I loved Crash Of The Titans and Crash Mind Over Mutant. I really want to see how good this game would have turned out. While some people may have dismissed this game because of the last two Crash games, I would have loved to see the game come to life.
