My favorite game from my childhood, I have such fond memories playing it. I loved the humour and personality, and I found it super difficult and got stuck on so many levels that I never considered this game to be short. The walrus chase was by far the level I struggled with the most, also the N.Gin fight which comes right after, and then the final boss. I absolutely love this game.

Merry Christmas Occulturation!, This was a game i played a lot on my OG Xbox back in my childhood, i still consider it the best Post-ND Crash game and the OST lives rent free in my head to this day lol.

Great video and possibly the only video to ever compare Crash Twinsanity to Faust lol. The only non Naughty Dog Crash game I have played is Crash of The Titans. I would like to play this game someday, since Astro Bot has reignited my interest in platformers.

That game was way to hard for childhood-me. I never got beyond the ice world. Cool vid.

I play this game yearly. I remember on my first playthrough, I finally got to Ant Agony when I was a bit sick and didn't go to school, I went through nearly the entire level which was difficult for kid me and then I get stuck in the room where you need to slide the 2 balls to open the door. I only had like 1 or 2 lives so I fell while trying to do it, game over and then I realized I had to replay Ant Agony all over again and just rage quit before I got even more sick. Later on a friend told me I was near the end, after that it was just the final boss so I eventually did it. Another fun episode was when I was at my dad's house and didn't have a PS2 controller for some reason so I had to use the PS2 steering wheel he had... to try and beat Rooftop Rampage. Needless to say I didn't go far, I would constantly game over during the bus chase. The chasing sections with the Walrus and the bus are surprisingly more difficult than any chase level from Crash 2 or 3, you mess up a bit and the game does not forgive you. Nowadays I do 100% runs in 2h30m-ish mostly with 99 lives by the time I reach Ant Agony and it's my favorite level now.

I did the exact same thing when I was a kid. Got a game over in that room with the two balls. Seems easy now, but the jank with the slide move makes you eat up your last couple lives by launching yourself into the abyss.

A Cortex origin story would be dope, tbh

I love Twinsanity, this and Warped were my favorite platformers when I was a kid. I had Super Mario 64 too, but it never even came close to what crash was to me 14:30 I honestly think that that Totem was harder (the only one in the game). But not from a design perspective, but just because that boss fight is a buggy mess

That's true. It's inconsistent. Sometimes it's easy, other times frustrating.
