U don't boil the rice ,boiling it kills all the important nutrients
@CravingCurlyKinks6 жыл бұрын
That's why I included that fermenting your rice is the most nutrient rich method. But people use all these methods from what I gathered from my research.❤️

Adding a couple of drops of an essential oil can assist with the fermenting smell.

I dont like the rice water wash peronally it made my hair dry and made my scalp flake and yes i know the rice water treatment is not for everyone
@jesswolfe45546 жыл бұрын
COCO CHIC hi you should try diluting the rice water. It won't flake, and it certainly won't dry the hair

Coco chic I spritz my hair daily with rice water and it dries my hair too but I use a thick leave in conditioner and moisturize my hair with butters.

Are you suppose to blow dry hair after using rice water or let it air dry with the oil you use to moisturize?
@naimajamal93166 жыл бұрын
Hey, Queen. I have a couple of questions... If you use it as a “pre-poo”, do you/should you still deep condition your hair afterwards? Also, should I use a hot cap while the fermented rice water is in my hair? Your hair is absolutely fabulous by the way.
@CravingCurlyKinks6 жыл бұрын
Hello, yes you can deep condition afterwards. Or deep condition before and then do the rinse. Also you can definitely use the heating cap as well.

Can I use rice water on my relaxed hair?
@NekeishaWise6 жыл бұрын
Yes, I have used rice water twice and so far my hair is thicker, longer, and more manageable. I'm thinking about going natural because of how great the rice water has been on my relaxed hair.
