Celine's S2 buff is actually huge for her because before people would put Fire Heroes with high base attack like Summer Iseria or Hwayoung in the team to draw her Blink target and get left to RNG whether it hits or not. Now Summer Iseria will get instant slaughtered for defending GW and Arena teams.

@God Incarnate believe it or not but RTA and arena/GW defence are won often with unorthodox builds, especially on nieche heroes. Ask yourself this: If you see a celine, how many times would you expect her to hit the highest attack, would you be screwed up if it attacked another hero? That aside a 10% extra damage rarely makes a difference on squishy heroes, stealth + huge barrier on the other hand screws over most of the popular dps we have right now.

@God Incarnate actually the stealth EE is pretty popular for those that run Celine into CLilias teams, because if she becomes stealthed after her S2 procs, Clilias cannot provoke her and she gets at least one S3 off

@@richardthepastamancer6619 No the stealth one is not better, its a situational counter to things like ML Lilias, whereas in most cases you want Celine to target the main DPS and 1 shot them to make the rest of the fight smooth sailing rather than leaving it to RNG wasting it by targeting a tank. Blink + S3 combo is usually strong enough to finish off even bruisers like A.Ravi if theres no aurius in the team. Her stealth gets killed by Belian counters 99% of the time anyway nor do I expect her to survive after she does her Blink S3 combo. Thats her main job.

@YanDaMan263 what are you talking about. RNG is good for your win percentage because it's harder to play around it. Do you want her to suicide on every Senya? That being said, why would you ever draft celine into A ravi? To get demolished by her s3? Now that the damage ignore is on the S3, targeting the DPS with S2 it's not even that important anymore. Using the stealth equip If you are lucky, you can oneshot the healer/support, which is often more valuable to cleave than the dps + there's no counterplay for the opponent beside being lucky and getting the 25%, and even then a tank that gets 50% of his health shaved off the first turn is not a good thing, especially when you have that S3 follow up.

Actually, I've noticed that people have been in the comments bugging SG about Sez's absences in the balance updates for at least two updates now. Could be longer than that, but people were for sure asking for him. Honestly seems fair, as a newer player reading those comments, it made me wonder what he even does, so I read his skill descriptions, and they looked like the skills of a 3 star unit.

Briar Witch doesn't do any more damage than before, people keep saying she has a built in Reingar now when all they did was move her passive to her skills, she has always done bonus damage on hit. New passive is cool though. Good anti evasion, curious on her new builds for sure.

Iseria is now ML version of green Basar plus blue Tywin in one unit (fun days when they meta was viable years ago) with no elemental disadvantage on that soul burn AND she has built in hit chance passive. Only thing is you need a mage with book.

Awesome raid ad man 😂. Kinda feel like Dark Corvus will be usable in RTA now, the thing hits very hard and now with the successful provoke and immunity to stuns, how would some even deal with a 30k hp D.Corvus. Have you ever built yours? what kind of gear do you have on him?

I did build him a LONG time ago for GW and never changes him. Pretty standard 30K hp 100+ eff res build slow. I never intended to use him in RTA and it was fine for GW. I never use him anymore though because I dont care about perfect GW win rates and the matches just take too damn long with DC teams.

Sez S3 already did a metric ton of damage. When I was using him he was 100-0ing non-def broken ssbs with just attack buff. Also with extinction and the new passive any gw defense with Mercedes should be a free win.

DC was definitely usable in rta vs the really slow players that use destina + arowell as a way to punish that, but he got punished by solitaria instead, so now he just gets to bust down those teams for free if they can’t kill him fast enough, probably the best anti tank character now I’d say, though hwayoung is still pretty good at that too

Can Yufine's changes work in conjunction with Zio's silence to set up a possible cleave? I have no idea but people who liked her for PVE one shot teams will probably not be happy. NingNing has been pretty good in aggro drafts as seen in the E7 content creator fights, and celestine means she can be more consistent in terms of healing. That should help several other heroes like Rin as well. I'm not sure about Sez buffs either, but will probably build him like a T-Surin with high damage and lifesteal. It might be an interesting to see if he can be more flexible in RTA drafts now that he can both nuke and survive battles longer. But a lot of people like me did want him to be buffed for a long time

oh yeah, I think there's one important thing to remember about camilla before writing her off: she's a speed imprint. So that alone will probably have a few cleavers keeping her built as a pocket pick. Never underestimate the extent people go to speed chase in this game.

Elena is now scary to counter heroes. But ig ppl can play around her and use Extra atk heroes or heroes like dilibet. Elena is a strong cleave hero now but can still be countered.

the most common form of cc in this game is provoke, its fkn everywhere, and that stun resistance doesn't really help much, yeah he cant be stunned but he can still be easily provoked my like every fkn tank in the game.

IMO ml elena is still quite underwhelming, at least in RTA. That is because she has anti synergy with all other units that counter counterattacks. Immagine drafting her+ ml cermia or roana and then the other player banns another unit, in that case you get no counters but you also have a dead unit. On the other hand if you draft her alone she'll get banned.
