OUCH! OUCH! WOW! OUCH! Come on guys. I'm not about busting chops. But I have to say something VERY positive here! What I have experienced over forty-plus years of dealing with mobile home units being installed is that the very best thing that these people are doing here is to install a concrete foundation! I don't care how well built a mobile home is, without a concrete foundation the home is just a time capsule for destruction. I didn't mark the time, but somewhere around the middle of this there appeared a very beautiful blue blossom flitting about the soil. Thanks, Josh and Sarah for an entertaining show!💖

At 31:48 you can clearly see the sill plate has come off the subfloor OSB sheathing and the sliding door is trashed. I am sure all the torquing those wall were subjected too has ruined the geometry of the windows as well, rendering them hard to operate freely. All the time the framers spent making sure everything was plumb, level and square was moot. I would not be paying the full price for this abode. It is now damaged goods. We have had several structures delivered to our place and not once have I managed to convince the transporters to come out and check out our situation before ignoring our warnings and getting stuck in our sand. One even told me " this ain't my first rodeo" I said yeah but you ain't ever ridden this bull. Wee, it wasn't Lane Frost's first rodeo either and look that ended up.
