Cool to see Tran Xuan Soan on your channel. My entire family grew up near Kenh Te. Believe it or not, the canal used to be clean and swimmable back in the day, at least that's what my grandpa told me.

I didn't leave my mother because I wanted to! I was four years old, my sister and I were walked to an orphanage by our grandmother. The next day the children of that orphanage were airlifted out of Saigon. We were adopted and flew from Saigon to Philippines and then to Hawaii. My sister went back just last year because of her business trip and was able to work with people who help find your parents. Not enough time for my sister to find our mother. 😔

At the very beginning of the video you mentioned that you went to work and then caught some sleep, (In general terms) what are you doing for employment there? Also the thick noodle soup you ate...I couldn't decipher what words you used. Would you please tell me more about it. Also, I really liked your last dinner montage. I do not feel guilt over eating protein, but you are right...customer demand drives the market. I could not eat the tiny kabob sparrows, or any fruit bats or flying fox bats.
