I have heard the name for years and seen them selling online and on aquabid but never had any idea of who the person or people were behind these fish so I was hesitant to buy from them. Honestly before this I found them a little sleezy. I hope you let them know they NEED more social media presence because I definitely want to see more and buy more from them after this video. People this honest and knowledgeable deserve all the success they can get.

27:45 I'm not a guppy person, but those really caught my eye. I'm inclined to call them something cliché with or related to "snow" or "ice". Or Mountain Peak guppy or something. Arctic Breeze. Actually, that sounds like a Gatorade flavor....

I seen the first tour "wild fish tanks" did at this farm .. i am fascinated with this guy and his farm! In the other vid he mentioned he was starting to try to do Apistos and zebra plecos i believe or some pelcos i was interested in! I have been to his site he has some beautiful Cichlids! I am more into Dwarf Cichlids so can't wait to see how he does with the Apistos! He has a lot of space and a lot of fish breeding its very interesting! Makes me want to move to FL or somewhere i could keep fish outdoors in a few ponds!

@JoeSmith-ni9ej3 жыл бұрын
I have a pair of Topaz cichlids. First spawn they ate the good eggs with the bad. Second spawn they hatched and they raised them well. They stopped protecting them and other fish ate them. But they know that the little ones are theirs because they laid eggs again and let the 1/2-1" juvies in their nest. They laid and the eggs got ate again. Now they're laying again. We will see. Point of the story is what was said about letting them learn. Im hoping to have multiple spawns growing and see how long they'll protect the juvies from the other fish.

Ginger Graves why do people like livebearers? nothing against it, ive had guppies ever since i was little. i love endlers and swordtails but i feel like theres reasons why other people like them that i dont know. growing up i didnt know there was even a legit fish keeping community until recently.

Sorry if this a bit off-topic, but could you do a profile on one of the target puffers like Pao Cochinchinensis (fang's puffer)?
@glendasworld41255 жыл бұрын
Quick question. I just finished cycling my tank. But my nitrates are really high. I wanted to do a 90% water change to reduce them to safe levels. But the pH of my tank water is around 7.0 and the pH of my tap water is 8.0. Will a big change in the pH hurt the bacteria? I used Dr. Tim’s One and Only freshwater bacteria supplement.

Is this in Florida? How do these guys regulate their temps without heaters? I would imagine one cold breeze could have the potential to wipe out everything.

It looks like they're indoors, some tubs/tanks in a building, others in a greenhouse, so probably insulation and natural heat.
