Oh man, this brings back memories but I don't miss being a line cook! I worked for a very busy brunch restaurant for a couple years. Working line in the mornings was a whole other level. 500 tables easy, in and out the door. I worked the evening shift and preferred the pace much more. Still had to move your ass but it didn't require slinging eggs and pancakes over 9 burners simultaneously :D Huge props to you for keeping a cool head, being polite and staying very organized. Also, no surprise you've got your own egg pans locked away. I've worked with too many dimwits who used metal on egg pans, ruining them and making it a huge pain in the ass to cook eggs.

Yeah I'm a kitchen manager, and I watched one of these videos and the guy was decent but nothing crazy and everyone in the comments was like blown away at him and it made me laugh a little. But seeing you here man, your pace is incredible. You got me in the first few minutes when you flipped the 3 o/e eggs with your left hand. Boss. Hahha

I worked at a Denny’s in McAllen, TX as a server for about 3 years, I would get busy but it never got as hectic as the line cooks. Yall got my respect.

I used to work dietary cooking for the patients. Its the same, but different. It was one other person helping with lunch and 2 ppl for dinner. We premade the burger and soak with in beef broth. The condiments part was another person job. Like the lettuces, tomatoes, pickle. Onion stuff. You are truly a good cook!!! You change your gloves and keep stuff wiped down. 👍🏾👍🏾 I would come and buy your food at the restaurant you work at. New subbie!! 🫶🏾✌🏾💪🏾
