FYI: The original Andersen's Pea Soup in Buellton off Highway 101 near Solvang closed in January, just short of its 100th anniversary. The Santa Nella location 100 miles from Oakland off Highway 5 remains open.

The Racers Group Daytona winner also had a PCA connection. Michael Schrom, a CVR member, driving instructor and PCA club racer at the time, also was a co-driver on the wining team!
