yes you can spec in to health so you will have more health witch will proc tetra it gives you 2% might back from your base health 3% at 200 or replace the supercharge generator with your rage shield and only pop super charge in boss battles to make up the damage loss in the add fights , or stay beside tank if your dying fall back for bit and jump back in
