CRAZY VAN CONVERSION for Bernard Kerr - USPS Van Build Gets the Mahker Treatment || MAHKER EP060

@bernard_kerr parked his slab in the Mahker workshop this week ready for a full restoration. We'll be building up Bernard's AM General FJ8C US Postal van ready for his epic trips around the UK & Europe with his bikes (motorised and pedal-powered) and of course the main man Lada.
We’re probably not going to go full Hoonigan Merch Van on it but we think it’s going to end up pretty awesome.
We also see Tom knocking up some BMW 330D M57 engine mounts, and Nicky installs some motoristed side steps to Project Dumbo.

I'm not sure I could be arsed to fix up that chicken shed. Sorry I just cannot see why. Interesting black eye Dave. I caght some thing similar plus four stitches when a pillar jack handle flew up due to my ignorance - I was lucky as according to the nurse in A&E it should have killed me - bloody Defenders.
