Adding to add: Every diet, or body fat losing program, that claims it can focus on a specific region on your body (or implies it, by asking which you want to improve), is a scam. It's NOT possible to specifically target certain areas in that, or a noticeable, way. You can build muscle specifically, but fat, well where that's settling down is purely a thing of hormones and genes.

The goopy stuff in the can of kidney beans isn't syrup, it's the starchy liquid that results from cooking the beans. Which, fun fact, is necessary for red kidney beans as they are HIGHLY toxic if not cooked properly🤗

​​​@@gigi2k326 There have been lots cases of people getting REALLY sick from kidney beans, it came with the rise of slow cookers. They need to be heated to 212° for 10 minutes to remove a toxin. You don't have to worry about this with canned beans, it's if you were cooking dry beans. If you're going to do dry beans in a slow cooker you need to boil them first.

However, many brands add sugar to the cans of kidney beans, so the aquafaba is syrup. Why? I have no idea. IMHO, sugar in canned beans is unnecessary and disgusting. In my area, an urban area with around 1 million people, at the local supermarket, only 1 brand of kidney beans does not contain sugar. Even the organic, extra expensive brands have sugar. The one brand without sugar costs over $1 more than even the organic kidney beans. It's a lot of sugar, too. After rinsing, after soaking in water, after soaking in vinegar and water, the beans still tasted sweet. Really sweet. Like Asian red bean pastry sweet. If anyone has a source for dried large dark red kidney beans, please share. All of the dried kidney beans I can find are not the same variety as those that end up canned in corn syrup or overpriced.

For lashes - clean lashes, no makeup…curl your lashes, put bond near your lash root then also near the band of cluster…when eye is done, seal and squeeeeeze all the lashes with tweezers or curler to really get them together. To get rid of glue when taking off, use oil based cleanser. You got this!

As someone who’s been around a while, studied and practiced nutrition and seen many many many diet fads over the years, absolutely NO to that book, I don’t even need to see it to know it’s trash and you should just toss it. I don't go on tok tik often and after hearing so many horror stories of people ordering from the shop and getting counterfeit, old, used, cheap or no product at all I'm not willing to risk it. My husband's coworker had her card info stolen ordering something from there. Because everyone links to the products in the shop I don't believe they even like them, they just like the commission 😂 I would however watch countless videos of you reviewing products from the shop 😂 you look as gorgeous as always, thanks for the video! I don't want you to suffer but for *science* and since you already bought the book and everything, it might be fun to watch you eat the food. You could do it like with the decor boxes recreate at home goods, 1 week of that food then you could remake it, still on the healthier side but actually tasty and something someone would want to eat.

As a Texan, we do a lot of Tortilla subbing & honestly if it was a flour tortilla with peanut butter & berries, it'd be fine but Corn Tortilla? No!! Corn Tortilla is definitively savory, it's not neutral like a flour tortilla. And while I will munch on a room temp corn tortilla with just butter, you can't roll or fold it, it's gonna fall apart. For sure someone who was trying to think of a bread alternative and doesn't know that Flour & Corn Tortillas are different things.

So take the tortilla and definitely heat it, schmear it with the guacamole and then add your halved tomatoes and garnish with some lemon juice, salt and chopped cilantro (if you like cilantro). Sounds like a much better snack to me anyway!

The dog toy made me think ”hmmm, a dog will tear that up but, how about for a cat?” and now I think I might need one (or three) for my fur babies. The brush seems okay(I’m falling for the bright pink bristles). But that sweat shirt!!! I use to be scared to death of raccoons. Now, due to unexpected circumstances, I have a “ring-tail” army that eat from my hand, knock on the back door, and find their food dish when I tell them “go to the bowl”. The best hairbrush related item I've ever owned is the Remington electric detangler. My hair gets tangled and matted in two seconds (thinner than normal individual hairs and lots of them) and really brushing it through takes about 2 hours on the regular. The Remington thingamajig is done in 20 minutes. Little to no breakage. Got influenced by Bunny (grav3yardgirl) and her "does this thing really work" -- I LOVE IT. 😂😂

Alexandria so sweet. My opinion the loofa is a loofa. The book was sweet. That brush has been exposed as a knock off from that brand because the brand stamp is missing. Love the sweatshirt. I gave up gluten, sugar, and processed foods it did help my Lupus. No book required 😂

My 5 year old has thick curly hair that consistently gets clumpy tangles over night. I have The Tangle Teaser and the unbrush brush. I don’t recommend the unbrush brush for hair like hers at all. The tangle teaser is the BEST brush I’ve found for her and her tangles!

My daughter suffers from depression and will get matted hair. The undone brush is more geared toward matted hair versus tangled hair. For her hair it can can down brushing time by 25%. The "bristles" are good at working out the mattes.

My daughter has been using those cluster lashes for a couple months now and all of her natural lashes are gone now! 😬 Every time a cluster would fall off, it would take some of her lashes with it. Her thinning lashes made her feel insecure, so she kept using the lashes which made even more lashes fall out. Now she just has to wait for her lashes to grow back 😢

Those eyelashes are like the Kiss branded ones. And strip lashes cut in half are much easier to use as a beginner. I've been using lashes for years now. And you want ones with a clear or invisible band.

I will say this about the unbrush, I did get it for my daughter (she has weird textured hair, it's thick, it curls when she does right after a shower, and it tangles super easily)...it works a lot better on her than several of the other brushes I have gotten her over the years. She has actually broken brushes trying to brush her hair. She has curly hair products and I put those in for her until a few years ago when I taught her how to and it was a struggle to brush her hair. The unbrush works amazingly with her hair and she said it makes it way easier to brush her hair to where she no longer argues with me on brushing it. Just as someone else who got the unbrush for a specific reason. It's really good for that thick, textured, curly, and super tangly hair.

You and me are so diffrent people. When i see an ad over and over... I begin hating that product. Back when you tube started doing ads, and it gave the same ad over and over, there was an ad for BBQ sauce, bullseye specifically, i got so many in a row, To this day i refuse to even eat anything if some uses that brand of BBQ sauce due to how much i hate that brand due to how many ads i got during that time. I got KZbin premium as soon as it became available, and have had it ever since. I want to support the creators, but i despise marketing like that, that i cant skip or ignore.

About brushing your hair in the morning: I started putting my hair in a satin bonnet for sleeping and I would braid or tie my hair so it doesn’t escape the cap. My hair is much less tangled and I find it kinda shinier after a while, less breakage too. Maybe it would help your hair out too! I have long, medium thick hair that always gets split ends.

I love Cooking with Alexandria, but I agree that it would be far too much for us to ask you to follow that book for a whole week. It just screams 'weight loss via self-enforced starvation.' But if you want to do some Cooking with Alexandria and show us some more weird recipes (or some fun recipes - I'm not picky), that would be cool.

This is a little heads up if you need to go gluten free: canned pumpkin usually has some sort of gluten in it to keep it from sticking to the sides. I found this out because i wanted to use it for some recipes and am gluten/wheat intolerant. Having pumpkin only during fall is sad. 😢
