does it work better then 10 dollar blue tooth scanners veepeak and kitbest. I heard the blue tooth scanners do more with apps on andriod. is that true I'm confused. can I have it connected while driving and do it do a drive cycle?

This scanner does not work with BMW e59 x5 2003 3.0 diesel engine.
