INGREDIENTS ½ cup rolled oats ½ cup milk of choice 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons cream cheese 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon sweetener honey or maple syrup ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract 1 pint blueberries 2 tablespoons sugar INSTRUCTIONS 1. To make the overnight oats, place all ingredients into a large glass container and mix until combined. Cover the glass container with a lid or plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. 2. To make the blueberry jam, heat the blueberries and sugar in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until the blueberries soften and burst, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. Allow to cool completely and add on top of the overnight oats when ready to eat.
