1/2 cup cream of wheat (3 packets)
2 cups of milk
1 cup water
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 salt
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tbsp vanilla
1/4 cup condensed milk (or to taste)
2 tbsp brown sugar (or to taste)
