Broccoli - 6 cups 1.5 lbs blanched in boiling water 30 seconds
Cranberries or Golden Raisins - ¼ cup
Almonds sliced - ¼ cup
Sunflower seeds - ¼ cup
Red onion - ½ of a medium onion
Dressing
Mayo - ½ cup
Yogurt half - ½ cup
Mustard - 2 tsp
Apple Cider vinegar or white vinegar - 2 tbsp
Sugar - ½ tsp or more to taste
Salt - ¼ tsp or more to taste
Pepper - ¼ tsp or more to taste
Parsley - ¼ cup chopped
