Hi there, unfortunately you can't replace the grated cheddar cheese with other ingredients. But you can use sliced or shaved cheddar cheese instead of grated if that what you mean. Hope this helps 🙂

Hi there, unfortunately you can't replace the grated cheddar cheese with mozzarella. The mozzarella have a stretchy texture when warm. If you don't mind that then you can give it a try. Hope this helps 🙂

Hi there. Unfortunately in order for you to achieve the same taste there is no substitution for both of the ingredients.

Hi Nurul, unfortunately you can't substitute the garlic powder with fresh garlic. If you don't mind having the dish without the garlic fragrance and flavour then you could omit the garlic powder for now. Hope this helps 🙂

Hi there. Butter chicken is actually an Indian recipe while this creamy butter prawn recipe is a Chinese recipe. Having said that, I guess you could use the creamy butter prawn recipe and substitute prawn with chicken if you like (though I have not tried this before) 😀. The Butter Chicken recipe is one of the videos that I will be sharing in future 🙂.
