I made this, my husband loved it! Thank you for the recipe! I roasted and peeled my poblanos, and added a small amount of picked jalapenos. My husband said chunks of cauliflower would be good in it, so i will try that next time! Thanks again ❤

This looks so good, but I’d be the only one eating it. I may try to make a “ small” batch. I have found that poblanos are usually pretty mild but can sometimes have a little kick to them. I think cream cheese would also help to thicken in place of xantham gum.
