Creamy cornstarch Pudding

Can of Trader Joe’s coconut milk
Can of carnation milk
Can of sweet corn rises thoroughly 
1/3 cane sugar
3 heaping tablespoons of cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
2 Cinnamon sticks
1 tsp vanilla
Place all ingredients into high speed blender, except for the cinnamon and coconut milk and blend to thoroughly
Strain mixture to remove any bits from the corn, add the mixture to a pot along with the cinnamon sticks and coconut milk
Cook and stir continuously until thickened
Transfer to serving bowl 🥣 allowto cool completely before placing inthe fridge sprinkle with cinnamon for garnishing.
