When my parents used to make a pot roast as that , they would add the veggies in real big pieces . I don't think they'd even cut them as small as you did . They cooked the roast very low oven with a little water all afternoon. You have the crockpot but they didn't. Thank you Catherine ! You are the greatest!! We all love you !

Crockpot meals are great. Such a time saver and the meals are always so delicious. This roast with vegetables looks amazing! Really like your sautéing the vegetables, adds so much additional depth of flavor! The gravy,scrumptious!👍😋🧅🥕🥕

Definitely making it! I make pot roast regularly and I never thought about putting cream of soups in it. I usually thicken the sauce after cooking with corn starch. It looks delicious!!

I have never seared my meat before putting it in the crockpot. It seems to sear itself after cooking it all day. Recipe looks delicious and I use Lipton Onion Soup in mine. Love the flavor and taste it imparts. Thanks for recipe and video.
