So glad I happened to come across your videos on YT. Garlic mushroom sauce is my go to for a steak sauce but I usually make it in the frypan on the stove. Looks easier to do in the thermie though & I’ve just received my cutter but am yet to give it a try. I usually add wine & chicken stock to the sauce but never seem to be able to get quantities right, any suggestion of how to incorporate the extra ingredients into your recipe? Also you mention adding cornflour at the end, would you mix it with water first or add the cornflour straight to the sauce?

I would mix the cornflour with the liquid, when you are adding it to the Thermomix. Not sure on quantities for the wine and chicken stock, but if it was me I would add a couple of tablespoons in with the cream. Or even substitute for some of the cream.

Thanks for doing you4 demo on slicing, it seems to work really well with mushrooms. Have you tried other Vegas yet. World really be interested in seeing this. Where did you purchase your salt and pepper container?

I use it for slicing and grating. Potato, carrots, cabbage, cheese, onions, zucchini are a few. Salt and pepper container I got from the mix shop. I love it.
