Hi Chef, This looks great. I would add some Garam Masala at the end of cooking and maybe fresh chopped Coriander. Would be amazing with a Fruity Pilau Rice. Stevie in Scotland.

Because it’s a cream base sauce, it’s not the best to meal prep. Cream can easily split when reheated and when frozen it’s and even higher chance.

Hey Jack I found that I ended up with a lot of burnt honey in bottom of pan which then spoiled the sauce?
