@@SkinnySpatula Great! I thought it would taste better with sweet. I find it very annoying that in most dishes involving Marsala, they never tell you whether to use the dry one or the sweet one.

@@bobtimster62 The dry is still sweet, just less so. They are interchangeable and a matter of preference. The sweet carries more flave to my palatte.
