Ingredients:
- 4 thick slices of bread
- 90g butter
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp flour
- 240ml cream (heavy cream or double cream)
- 300g spinach (fresh or frozen, thawed and drained)
- 120g mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Grated Parmesan cheese (to taste)
Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F).
- Bake the prepared toast for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese on top is melted and golden
