Thanks! The default settings should give you a light source "as pictured on the little sphere" and show a preview of that.If there is no lighting difference with the default setting then my guess would be a problem with your hardware or not having the appropriate graphics capabilities to display it.

Yeah it's possible. It will still export as any rasterized file type.

Hello there, first of all, I'm LOVING your tutorials so far and I'd like to thank you for creating these videos. So, thank you. :) Now, here's my question, when I apply the 3D effect the sides of my cubes are the EXACT same colors as the front, unlike yours. Your cubes have a lighter colored front and a darker colored side. How do I achieve this? Thanks in advance. :)

Sounds like a hardware issue to me. Certain features in Adobe products especially concerning 3D or dynamic effects require certain system requirments.

In photoshop you can zoom into pixel view and draw with a square pencil.

JMC UltimateLP Gotcha, You can do a 3D extrude but it wouldn't show the individual pixels. I don't think you can do a bevel on each "pixel"
