And if he/she can't understand the process from what you are saying in text reply, would you actually make a short a video and explain how to do a certain part of the design?

The course is mainly for learning how to use the software but if you have questions or need help with something you can post a screenshot of what you're working on and I'll see what I can do to help. Private tutoring sounds like a better fit for you're describing though, which I offer as a separate service.
