I was doing a lot of your videos throughout the pregnancy and I did this one on the day I started with contractions. Last week, after only 6 hours of active labor, I gave birth to my son. No need (or time) for epidural or any other meds for pain. A warm bath in between and loooots of breathing while at home. At the hospital I went from 4 to 8 cm in 1 hour and in this short time, repeated some of these exercises which were of great help. Thank you!!

I have been following your pregnancy workouts since I was 6 months pregnant. I'm almost at the end of the road: 38+5 weeks. I just came back to a pregnancy video to express my gratitude to you. I have been doing your workouts right from 3rd month of pregnancy and it has been a life-changing experience. I am 5months pp now. I have gained only 11kg during pregnancy and have gone back to my pre-pregnancy weight in about 2months pp itself. I attribute that to the extreme discipline I had with your workouts and maintaining healthy diet. Needless to say, I am a regular at your pp workouts now. Thank you so much for everything. I'm so sad I didn't find it earlier, I put on 20kg since the beginning of the pregnancy, and I was a gym-fit woman before.

This was a feel good exercise indeed!!! I was feeling really crappy, sluggish and even a bit dizzy. Now I feel like myself again and I feel much more positive too. Thank you 🙏❤

I’m tired just watching but I want to be able to do these. Anything lighter? I have hyperemesis and would like something I can do sitting on floor or in bed. I’m almost into the 2nd trimester
