Create Massive Pressure in S Mount With These Fundamental Tips

Today's BJJ technique video comes as a response to a Reddit questions I received recently from an AMA I did. The question was worded as "what are the secrets to S mount." While I don't have any secrets, I do have some fundamental tips that could help you with your S Mount in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu especially in regards to creating massive amounts of pressure on the person.
In this video I share a simple setup that you can use to establish an S Mount position. I also show an Armbar submission at the end and a sneaky trip to control both arms. I figure many of you are White and Blue Belts. So this setup is simple enough to use. That said, I still do this as a Black Belt.
Pay close attention to when I talk about the idea of the "Sweet Spot Of Pressure." This focus revolutionized my ability to be heavy on top. Once you learn the feel it changes everything.
If you're trying to work on your S mount position with your Brazilian Jiujitsu training then I hope this video is useful to you!
Thanks for watching!
