Ya you can hide repetition in mixer with noise / turbulence layers just takes alittle fine tuning and playing around

For some reason my displacement map is super blocky in octane? I have settings to 4K in displacement nodes?

Im haven't used Octane in years I always ran into issues like this thats a reason I switched to redshift.

Yes on the machine I used for this tutorial I have a AMD Threadripper 1950x with 48gb of Ram then I'm running 4 1080ti cards but I think only Redshift will take advantage of multi GPU so like World Creator would only use the 1 1080ti. This system I just kept adding onto over the years so originally I started with 1 card.

@@vinaykumar-lu2ov haha why wouldn't I reply you asked a question right 👊🏿 I haven't tried the RX590 but do have an AMD WX9100 so I can say AMD will work fine with all the software above except for Redshift it's not currently supported by AMD but since Maxon bought Redshift maybe support will come now. The standard Cinema 4d render can look nice as well. If you want to use anything like Redshift or Octane you'd need an Nvidia card though.

Wavy Dunes has stopped working. It looks blobby instead of any waves. None of its setting values seem to do anything. I am using WC 2.2.0f1 which is the same version as yours. Very strange! I might try a re-install and see if it fixes the issue! It also is chugging my machine pretty hard I have a pretty beefy rig. Very strange!

That's weird. It takes a second for me then it kicks in. Are you on discord? World Creator has a channel on there the developer would be able to know if its a bug or not.

Turn off Mult generation in the general options. Mult was giving me a lot of problems even with an RTX 2080 ti, and turning that off allowed me to continue using the new filters. The devs are working on this, so not to worry. Good luck!
