You got 6 Sets for Hamstrings and 9 for Quads, so if thats what you do 2x per Week your good, since 12-20 is the recommended amount. If your goal are just healthy and durable legs for your ethery day life i suggest you swap your open chain exercises for closed chain exercises, since they transfer better to daily activities. In the end it depends on you and your goals. If your Bodybuilding you cpuld consider doing the opposide of what i told you.

@@jacknakhlestani-hagh3137 This athletic bodybuilder stuff is pure stupid. Martin actually does give great workouts and for the most part great advice and he makes a lot off people who don’t understand athletic bodybuilding is a buzz word and no different to an athlean X training program. I’ll admit he’s hella funny so I’m a fan of it. But don’t take this advice to heart I doubt even rios believes machines make u a concrete block. I promise you if you stop taking advice from any fitness influencers and just figure out what u like you won’t be yapping about open and closed chained exercises. Because it does more harm than good for a beginner Also this dude doesn’t seem to be an athlete or a bodybuilder, and if he is an athlete he would’ve specified if it was a workout aimed at athletics or hypertrophy
