I used to use smith my first year and it definitely helped me go from less than the bar to plenty of weight when i transfered over to barbell but on bench I realized that the same exact movement had been devastating for my shoulder so i appreciate doing it but I would say there is more risk of minor injuries.

Are you baked? When you blend fruits your body registers it as “sugar water” and doesn’t know what to do with it, meaning you’re pissing out more nutrients than containing them. It’s better to eat your fruits than to drink it you bozo, here’s some real advice your body is 90% water so drink more water and cut down your sugar and regulate your insulin consumption (yes there’s insulin in your food and drinks) , your pancreas is what responsible for weight/muscle gain and loss

The whole point of training is to slowly make your body more tolerable to injury, pain and heavy load, if you train easy in the gym you're basically achieving nothing, same goes for your nutrition, the more supplements you take the more your body becomes dependant on them and stops producing all the nutrients it already does
