I recenty spent 5 nights at WbW LV Tropicana. I was really impressed with the 1 bedroom unit and Murphy bed with washer/dryer in room. I was on a vacation plan, but I am researching ownership. Your KZbin channel is a Plethora of answers and information.

A timeshare is a much better vacation than a hotel room. Much more like a temporary home. Glad you enjoyed it

This is a great tutorial for beginners! Fortunately, I am very good at researching and stretching my points. I would like to advance my skills more!

Would an open ended class with questions for advanced owners work or would you get bored with hearing others questions? Is a “ private lesson” more appropriate?

@@timesharetraveler As long as I get more educated about timeshare, I am open to both!

This is great. When I first started I looked everywhere to find information on how the booking process works. Having ours for 6 months, we've learned how to maximize it as much as possible. Thank you.

Thanks for the positive thoughts. Trying to figure out if I should schedule it every week for one hour and try to build via word of mouth? Or should I contact the timeshare companies and ask them?

@@timesharetraveler I think quick tutorials like this one work great since it would allow for individuals looking for specific walk throughs. Each member is also at a different tier and I am only assuming beginners such as myself are at Members on the HGV Max tiers. You are in a great position since you have the 2nd highest tier and you could do many walk throughs for different scenarios. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the feedback. It would seem having a simple task to start a tutorial followed up with questions and answers might work for many different levels

The more we can create benefits for both clients and salespeople the better the industry will grow. Thank you for tuning in.

I am looking forward to your teaching videos We would like to see something on sheraton vistana, interval getaways, and adding additional time if you for example book 4 days in vistana with star options and add 3 days on getaways to make a full week or how you can play around with that to make the most of low point values and still get a good vacation. Keep up the amazing work!

Those are all good ideas that I will consider making into a class

I think this would be interesting. I would do a full tutorial and take questions at the end, or after each section. Future subscribers may have different questions, so seeing everything will have the most impact. I would love to learn more about WM, especially the II exchange. BTW, Club Wyndham offered me an update, claiming they now have access to all-inclusive resorts now.

I think you bring up a good point. That way people will be able to listen to the recorded classes later even if they don't make it to the class

@@timesharetravelerdo it this way for sure. Like a lecture and open questions at the end. Simple searches for non members would be useful

These would be my type of questions. if you bought into HGVMax I don't think you can resell. How do you get out? If you bought resale $0 and years later want to sell it, are there scenarios where you have to PAY to get rid of it? can you walk away? Is the portal the same for resale and HGVMax user, but with different resorts? Is there any way for non-owners to just take a look at availability before purchase. Why would hilton hide this unless it's not good availability? What is Kingsland availability like during "Club Season" Can you still buy into Embarc (retail or resale), or is HGVMax the only option to get a home week at one of these resorts?
@timesharetravelerКүн бұрын
Those are all good questions. It most cases you can resale to get out. Sometime you might have to sell at $0 and pay transaction fees. If you have a hilton deed they sell for about $7k for a two bedroom deed. I believe Hilton with take back your point, but I haven’t explored it. Lastly, you have to have an active account to see availability (to the best of my knowledge)
