I had a high fever and went to the ER in Thailand. I was seen immediately, diagnosed with Influenza A, received an IV, pain medication for my headache, anti-viral medication, and prescriptions for nausea, headache, and anti-virals and the visit cost $186 USD. When I lived in Las Vegas and had health insurance I was having projectile vomiting and diarrhea, headache and couldn’t keep anything down. I went to the ER and even with insurance it cost nearly $2,000. An ER visit in Germany for sciatic pain cost $44 USD for the visit and medications. The US health care system is expensive and inefficient!

When she said that, it resonated with me. It is a confirmation of something a friend said to me just yesterday. Sometimes you just gotta do the thing! I need to start making some moves - stop wishing and start planning.

I loved and appreciated Kema sharing her story. It seems she has an abundance mindset and it just comes as she seeks to serve others. This interview made a paradigm shift in my thinking as i am planning to move abroad and I was one of those who thought of having to get 1 good remote job. Now im thinking more like Adalia said thinking in terms of maybe doing several things to bring in income based on how much i NEED to live how i want. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS ONE 😊

@TheAngelsGirl hi Kema! So nice to hear from you! Your story is so inspiring ❤️ I wish all the best for you and your family. I am going on a 1 week scouting trip to Mazatlan Mexico the end of April (next month) with a friend. I think that's where I want to live but I have to see how it feels on me😄 I am planning to make the move in Sept - Oct of this year.

Thank you, Adalia, for your channel. I have been watching your channel since the pandemic. I've had a desire to live aboard for the past 12 to 15 years, however my husband had no interest. But since watching your channel and sharing your content now he wants to live aboard. We have a plan to visit Costa Rica, but it had to be put on the back burner due to my health, going through chemo and 2 week post surgery. Kema story on MSNBC and your channel has spark the desire to start planning to take the leap. Thank you❤❤❤

@Au79-1978 ай бұрын
Yes, there are buses throughout the country. Additionally, Uber and taxis are in highly populated areas/cities.
@Kattywagon298 ай бұрын
Absolutely! Even the most rural and mountainous places here have bus service. That said, when we were first thinking about moving here to Costa Rica, I didn't want to have a car and planned on trying to find a place that had amenities in walking distance. However, after exploring around and taking the hills/mountains and weather into account, I realized that with my knee problems that it wasn't realistic for us, so we bought a car instead.

Wonderful information ❤ around 34 min mark Kema says that she had radiation treatment on one side of her body due to cancer, Kema said some after affects of radiation can cause tissue damage to lung and heart health. Kema said she went to hospital after having chest pain like shortness of breath Kema said " the nurse prescribed a 10 day prescription for the purpose of lowering her blood pressure" Kema said that after which the nurse provided her with a natural care solution to maintain her lung and heart health. My question ❓ What was the natural recommendation provided to you Kema to maintain your lung and heart tissue ❓❤❤❤ thank you and GOD Bless!!!
