Despite the popularity of 2-handed bowling, there are very few really good resources online for getting the basics down. The 1-handed game has been thoroughly analyzed for decades, with the transitions of optimal form that came about along with the change in lane conditions and equipment. The amount of good video training is really lagging behind in the 2-handed game, but it will gradually improve. I just bought a Storm Tropical Surge yesterday for use as a training ball for my new adult 2-handed students, for them to learn the basics with, so they can find their PAP, and get some repetitions under their belt before they spend money on their own ball.

Exactly what Mark said is the problem with being a two-hander. You have to be a cranker. That makes it hard to keep the ball in play when there is short oil, burned heads, etc., and it makes it even harder to convert spares. When you're striking, it's easier than being a one-hander. Please do foul line drills the release is so important and its been awful in both vids you lose your position from being underneath the ball and release late where your hand comes off the side and goes in instead of forward and out

You are judging me when this was literally the 3rd time I ever tried 2 handed in my life. Not once did I say I was good or a pro at this. I’m trying to create content to educate people in the sport of bowling.
