I was wondering the same thing. It's definitely not cheap printer paper. Because it didn't buckle with the water, maybe it's 140lb?

Hahaha, your brushes wd last a lot longer if you didn’t let them stand in the water like that 🤦🏻‍♀️

My more expensive brushes I don't treat like this but my cheaper brushes I give myself permission to not be precious and they actually last a long time even in water during the process. If they do get ruined, I end up using them in mark making and acrylic painting!
